Sort of.
I didn't go as far as I wanted or as fast as I would have liked, but I did it! I got up and went outside (thank you beautiful February weather!) and RAN! Something about running outside feels more real than the treadmill - maybe it's the fun tracking software that can tell me when I'm running uphill or downhill? It also helps me realize that I'm not very good at running at a constant pace haha.
And thank you for everyone who messaged me this week and said "WHY AREN'T YOU RUNNING?!"
There's still hope I'll be able to complete this 5k coming up!
