Invites and RSVPs!

Just a quick update - there actually hasn't been much wedding planning going on lately since all of my extra time and attention is focused on my lovely maid of honor, Nicole, and her upcoming wedding!  Less than 3 weeks and counting!

One thing that did happen was wedding invites went out!  Of course you already know that because you got yours in the mail and probably came to this website because of it.  Hopefully you've already sent back your RSVP, but if you haven't, here's some extra motivation: When you send back your RSVP, we'll send you a fun surprise in the mail!  (Don't just take my word for it, check out our guestbook for my mom's completely unbiased opinion)

I'm loving getting so much fun mail!

It's also a little weird to get so much mail addressed in my own handwriting!

I never set out to have a "DIY Wedding" but I'm realizing that I might have one whether I wanted to or not.  I'm making the centerpieces, the favors, the name-cards, the programs, and I've made everything that comes to you in the mail!  I made those invites in Microsoft Word, and the magazine you get after you send in your RSVP I made in Microsoft Excel! (Yup feel free to call me a nerd haha).

My set up one weekend as I put together invites.  Coffee, my favorite paper cutter, and my cat who refuses to be left out of anything.

So. Many. Things. To. CUT!

Things are starting to feel very real (RSVPs in the mail ensure that!  Look! People are actually coming!!), and expect the final details to take over our lives in July and August.  Right now the count down is on for the Bachelor/Bachelorette Party weekend!
